We use information to review applications, complete preparer onboarding, verify credentials and compliance items, administer agreements, arrange payments, provide training or team access, send requested onboarding or account messages, respond to questions, prevent fraud, protect our systems, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate forms, communications, document storage, payments, security, and related business systems; to professional advisers; or when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security. Non-marketing onboarding texts and optional marketing texts require separate consent where presented. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of applying or receiving services. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide limited information to communications vendors solely to deliver messages for us. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
